All orders are subject to acceptance. Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order when necessary.

4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments can be made via cash on delivery or credit card. Shipping fees may apply depending on the order value.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available across Lebanon. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

Orders below $100 are subject to a delivery fee, while orders above $100 benefit from free delivery.

Delays may occur due to external factors such as courier issues, weather conditions, or inability to contact the customer. Once the order is delivered, responsibility is transferred to the customer.

6. Exchanges Policy
We offer exchange only within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
• Item must be unused, in good condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Invoice must be provided

Underwear items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer refunds.

7. Order Changes
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, no changes can be made.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including logos, images, and designs are owned by American Center Outlet and cannot be used without permission.

9. Third-Party Services
Our website may include third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their performance or content.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
