Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags still attached, and in good condition. You must also provide the invoice or proof of purchase.
Please note that underwear items are not eligible for exchange.

Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including underwear items. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us before purchase.
